1. Definitions
"Company", "we", "us" or "our" refers to Gen Skytech (Generative Skycloud Technologies). "You" or "Client" refers to the visitor or customer using our website or services.
2. Use of the Website
- You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others.
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape, or disrupt the site or its underlying infrastructure.
- All content on the site (text, images, code, logos) is owned by Gen Skytech unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission.
3. Services
- Services we provide include IT management, software / web / app development, cyber security and cloud consulting.
- The exact scope, timeline and price of any engagement is documented in a signed proposal between Gen Skytech and the Client.
- Any change of scope is handled via a written change request and may affect timeline and price.
4. Payments
- Monthly support plans are billed in advance for the month and invoiced on the first working day of the cycle.
- Project engagements follow a milestone-based payment schedule as defined in the signed proposal.
- All amounts are in INR unless otherwise stated. GST is applicable as per current law.
- Late payments beyond 15 days may attract interest at 1.5% per month or service suspension.

6. Intellectual Property
- On full payment for a deliverable, ownership of the final, accepted deliverable transfers to the Client — excluding pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks and any third-party components, which remain with their respective owners.
- Gen Skytech retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio and case studies unless explicitly restricted in the signed proposal.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA on request.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gen Skytech’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a service shall not exceed the fees paid for that service in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
9. Third-Party Services
Our work may rely on third-party tools and services (hosting, payment gateways, analytics, etc.). We are not responsible for outages, data loss or pricing changes from those third parties.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as documented in the signed proposal. On termination, the Client agrees to pay for all work performed up to the termination date.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Greater Noida, U.P.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
