Gen Skytech is a service-based IT company. The terms below apply to the professional services we provide — including IT management, software development, web and app development, cyber security and related consulting engagements.
- Service cancellation: For monthly support and retainer plans, you may cancel by sending a written notice to info@genskytech.com at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Charges already incurred for work delivered or in progress are non-refundable.
- Project engagements: Fixed-scope projects (custom software, websites, apps) follow a milestone-based payment plan documented in the signed proposal. Refunds for unfinished milestones — minus work already performed and any third-party costs (hosting, licenses, APIs) — will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Refund timeline: Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of approval.
- Non-refundable items: Domain registrations, third-party subscriptions, hosting fees, paid plugins/licenses purchased on your behalf and completed milestones are non-refundable.
- Service issues: If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, please raise the concern within 7 days of delivery via email to info@genskytech.com. Our team will review and propose corrections, rework or a partial refund as appropriate.
This is a service-based business. We do not sell physical goods, and shipping/delivery terms do not apply.
